Cindy, Morgan and I want to wish you a very HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY! Although we've only known you just over a year and we don't see you often, the memories of meeting you on our trip to Australia will be memories we'll never forget! Hope we get to see you soon, most likely at a JMU game. Go DUKES! Enjoy that 50th - it's a milestone you should be proud of! Love, Maria and Morgan
Cindy, Gee, what can I say about a great niece...not everyone is so lucky. It was a great day 50 years ago when (your mom and dad kept a secret)you were being delivered by the stork!! THANKS FOR BEING YOU!! You are so special to so many. Happy Birthday!! Enjoy being so young. "Aunt Dot"
Hi Cindy, You're our travelling buddy!!! I had so much fun getting to know you and hanging out in Australia (anyone up for a hike?), and even more fun in Italy!!! Next stop? England!!! Have an awesome day celebrating an awesome birthday....enjoy some GLORIOUS moscato....dance to the music of the Dirty Nasty Naughty Band....and feel embraced by the fabulous DNNB tee-shirts we all love!! All the best to you!! Penny
Cindy- They must be lying! There is no way you are 50. You hang with such youthful ;-) friends! Seriously, it is hard to believe that they have assigned that numer to you. You are vibrant, brilliant, gorgeous, and I am proud to be your friend. May we burn together forever!
Hey Cindy, Happy 50th Birthday! It's hard to believe we can be this age (I'm right behind you) when we feel so young!! I remember when you, Cheryl, Karen, Mary and I played cowgirls/wagon train in your basement like it was just yesterday. I can also remember New Year's Eve parties at your house with alot of noise being made at midnight and alot of good food (squirt cheese in particular) being consumed. That Mazie really knew how to throw a party, didn't she? I hope you will celebrate this big day with as much zest for life as we celebrated those New Year's Eves back when we were young...I know you will!
I just really remember all those fun early mornings that we had getting to Tractor Supply (with everything on the back) with Donuts for the crew and selling chicken till was all gone. Fun times!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CINDY!!!! I can't believe you're 50, but I fully expect you to keep that Ritenour/Wright energy rollin' for 50 more!
I took 15 amazing pictures of the upstairs of your house to post on this blog, but the IT experts tell me that pictures can't be posted. Therefore the legend continues: Saskwatch, the Bermuda Triangle, Snuffleupagus, Meatnut Ingredients, Amelia Arehart, Stonehenge, and your upstairs will just have to remain as the greatest unknowns borne of our earth.
I've also been told that there's no way to include confetti on a blog.
I hope you have a SWEEET day! And we look forward to spending time with you in the next half century!
Happy Birthday, Cindy! I have so many great memories of you, it would be hard to choose one. I've known you my whole life and have always felt blessed you have you as my friend. I am so glad that you have traveled with me--now I know you even better! From creeper pictures to long hikes to cracking up at nothing at all--these are memories I will treasure. Enjoy your day! :) Cathy F.
